• Rates dependent on the site type (i.e., regular vs premier plus).
• Daily and Weekly rates include Electric.
• All rates include Water, Sewer and Trash.
• Membership discounts honored are Good Sam, AAA and Active Military for up to three (3) nights on daily rates only.
• Cable and WiFi are Free. Higher speed and/or more secure individual WiFi is available for $1.00 per day through the WiFi provider.

DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposit of one (1) night stay for daily and weekly stays, deposit of $100 for monthly stays. Monthly stays include an Electric deposit. Deposit is applied to stay, balance due upon arrival. All Deposits are Non-Refundable

• A $150.00 Electric Deposit is Required at Registration for Monthly stays November through March departures. Deposit will be applied to the very last Electric Invoice. Any remaining balance will be refunded onto your credit card.
• A $250.00 Electric Deposit is Required at Registration for Monthly stays April through October departures. Deposit will be applied to the very last Electric Invoice. Any remaining balance will be refunded onto your credit card.
